URL Harvesting Tips

To harvest URLs for use in a download manager, follow these easy steps:

• Copy the entire page (or a selection if you wish) to a new Excel document (CTRL+A, C, then ALT, E, S [Text] in Excel)
  Caution: If you do not use the Paste Special --> Text command in Excel, it will automatically parse the hyperlinks, yielding unexpected results.
• Do a Find & Replace (Alt, E, E) and replace all hash marks (#) with the following string:
  http://www.d-wizz.com/ozcomps/
• You can then manipulate the data in the columns to extract the URLs for the files you wish to download. Copy and paste these into a new text document and feed that into your download manager.
